GAL is a global manufacturer of aero structures for commercial, military and business jet aircraft.

GAL’s light metallic, phenolic, and wood aero structures division, produces complex, lightweight structural provisioning required to attach cabinetry and interior components to aircraft substructures. This interior manufacturing capability, combined with our in-house NADCAP accredited anti-corrosion surface treatments, reduces delivery times and contributes to a turnkey solution for our clients.

Our service strengths include rapid turn-around and engagement as well as custom-tailored turnkey solutions.

GAL’s key capabilities in aero structures include multiple multi-axis CNC milling centers and CNC routers. We have the capabilities of manufacturing sophisticated aluminum components of variable geometry as well as sheet metal fabrication. We can provide for complex bends for components up to 10 feet in length.

GAL also provides extrusion machining for multiple shapes and configurations, light structures and cabinetry interface components. We also have interior capabilities for small components assembly and integrated kitting solutions.
