Composite Parts

Almost every product at GAL begins in our world class composite shop. GAL has utilized cutting edge materials, processes and expertise to push the boundaries of manufacturing, enabling us to design and build composite products for a variety of applications. GAL also specializes in building large tooling patterns and high temperature molds designed to withstand hundreds of cure cycles.

GAL’s expertise lies within pre-preg/wet-lay glass materials, FR resin systems, cultured marble and resin transfer molding as well as composite tooling design and construction, fiber reinforced gel coats and fabrication of custom sandwich panels.
